Ingredients
- 120g arugula
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 1/4 c Parmesan, sliced
- 1/3 c pistachios, crushed
- 2 radishes, sliced
For the dressing
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c Firecracker sauce
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
Mix Firecracker sauce and garlic in a blender and slowly add olive oil in a steady stream.
Toss all ingredients together in a large salad bowl.
