- 1 round brie cheese
- 1 box frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup Firecracker sauce
- 2 tbsp dried cherries or cranberries
- 1 egg, beaten with a splash of water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Soak cherries/cranberries in hot water for 15 minutes.
Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface 1/4 inch thick.
Place brie in centre of puff pastry and top with Firecracker sauce and cranberries.
Wrap the brie in the puff pastry and brush with egg wash.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Make ahead: The brie can be wrapped in puff pastry and kept in the fridge up to a day ahead. Brush with egg wash immediately before putting in the oven.
